What is La Suma?

La Suma serves to be your one stop brand for all ready to wear product needs and all-embracing product satisfaction. La Suma offers ready-to-wear products.


How do you provide the samples of your uniform?

Our La Suma showroom is open Saturday – Thursday 8.30 am – 6 pm and Friday Week off. Contact our Sales Team to mastermind a reasonable time for an arrangement and talk about the Sample things you might want to see.


When will my order be delivered?

We endeavor to dispatch orders as per our lead time mentioned in each product. For embroidered and heat transfer printed goods please allow an additional 2-7 working days depending on workload & Quantity. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you and may offer you an alternative product to speed up supply.


I am looking for a specific item that is not advertised on the website can you source it?

Yes, we are continually working with our customers trying to improve the service we provide, any enquiry you may have no matter how big or small please contact us with your requirements and we will be happy to investigate for you.


What if I don’t have suitable artwork for my logo or design?

We will initially let you know that the artwork you have provided is not suitable to proceed with your embroidery or printing requirements. You may then re send improved artwork or we can re draw the artwork for you to Vector Graphic Standard. The cost for re drawing artwork is as per the design.


Can you match the colours of my logo if I provide the printed pantone colour reference?

Pantone colours can be matched to the nearest embroidery thread. You will see from the embroidery proof the exact colours we intend to use.


I would like to make an official complaint. How do I do it?

Where possible all official complaints should be made in writing, by email to our info@la-suma.com.
