Return & Refund Policy

Return policy is valid for 7 days from the date of delivery, post that we will not be able to offer you an Exchange or Refund.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and must be in the same condition as you received. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way

These below items are not eligible for Return or Refund:

  • Customized items with embroidery, printing, sublimation etc. shall not be accepted for Returns, Exchange or Refunds.
  • Items with 'Non-returnable', 'Promotional Sale', 'Flash Sale' will not be exchanged or returned.
  • Items purchased on Gift cards or Gift Wallets.
  • Shipping cost is non refundable
1. Order Cancellation (if applicable)
  • To cancel your order, please send us an email within 24 hours of placing the order at support@la-suma.com or send a message at +971 55 2043197.
  • Cancellations are not valid post 24 hours of placing the order. 
  • Cancellations are not applicable for Customized items with embroidery, printing, sublimation etc. 
2. Exchange:
  • We only replace the items if the product is defected/damaged.
  • Easy one-time exchange policy (Applicable on selected items)
  • Exchange is not applicable for Customized items with embroidery, printing, sublimation etc. 
  • Exchange will take 7-14 working days (eligible items only)
  • You will be responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse, you will find our shipping address below

  • The products for exchange must also be new, labeled/tagged and undamaged for exchange. Items bought during the sale period cannot be exchanged.
3. Returns:

Can I return or exchange a product that I purchased from your online store?

  • We do not have direct exchange, returns & exchanges are possible only for selected items and are subject to certain conditions. Items with customization such as embroidery, printing, sublimation etc. will not be accepted.
  • Eligible items have one-time easy exchange policy, the amount will be added to your wallet after the return is processed.

  • Items with embroidery
  • Items with sublimation
  • Items with printing
  • Items with any sort of customization
  • Items labelled with non-returnable tag
  • Items purchased during the period of sale; flash sale or promotional sale.
  • Discounted items
  • Items purchased with wallet points, gift cards.
4. Damaged / Defective Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with our customer care team within 24-48 hours upon receiving the order. Kindly send us an email to support@la-suma.com and attached the photo of the damaged / defective item. You can also contact us at +971 55 2043197.

  • Please note that we do not store, sell, share, rent or lease any credit/debit cards’ particulars and personally identifiable data to any third parties.
  • www.la-suma.com takes suitable steps to ensure data privacy and security through the utility of certain hardware and software procedures. However, we cannot guarantee the security of any information that is revealed online.
  • We are not responsible for the privacy policies of websites to which it links. If you provide any information to such third parties, different rules regarding the collection and use of your personal information may apply.
